On XX/XX/2020, ACCOUNT RESOLUTION SERVICES ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL, XXXX added a derogatory mark on my credit report per XXXX XXXX. Upon, further research, this account was transferred/sol and I am no longer responsible for the account. I've written a goodwill letter, called multiple times and provided proof of fraud activity goin on my name. I was told from one agent it will be removed and I have received no efforts.Debtors creditor did not verify this collection. Also there was NO written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature doesnt not validate the debt and anybody can send me a bill and say its mine. According to the FCRA, ( ACCOUNT RESOLUTION SERVICES ) has violated my rights as a consumer and im requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.
