I have disputed a bankruptcy that is appearing on my credit report ( s ) multiple times as having incorrect information and therefore causing me to think I was a victim of identity theft. Ive disputed multiple times, and even requested them to provide me with the the method of verification. When I was supplied the method of verification, it even listed a completely different court than is currently showing on my credit report. I need the bankruptcy that is showing on my credit report removed as soon as possible, as the incorrect information is damaging my ability to obtain credit and hurting my good name.
