Trans Union is violating FCRA regulations by reporting fraudulent information on my credit. As per their request, I have sent them police reports, court documents & FTC affidavits documenting bonafide ID Theft/ Fraud however they have failed to remove 5 accounts on my credit report which has lowered my credit score by over XXXX points. Today I talked with a supervisor- XXXX XXXX who said that all he could do was file another dispute even though Trans Union has already disputed the information several times. Disputing is pointless because it is fraud so the original creditor is validating fraudulent information. More importantly, the original creditors can not provide proper validation that is required by federal and Texas state law. The original creditors, due to fraud, can not provide me or Trans Union with any original credit application or signed loan contract with my signature displaying that I borrowed money or applied to borrow from them which is a strict violation of FCRA. As per federal and state law credit reporting agencies must remove any information from a consumer credit report that can not be properly validated.
