Consumer Narrative
XXXX AKA Lake City Credit has received the complaints I have made to the CFPB. The complaints were to stop harassing me in regards to a Identity Theft /FRAUDULENT / FORGED account. This company has received all the appropriate documentation required by law. The credit bureaus have provided police report, affidavit, signed and notarized. The FTC Identity theft form and several complaints requesting them to CEASE PHONE CALLS & CORRESPONDENCE VIA MAILING. This is not a debt to attempt to collect on. This is a FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT. THIS IS A RESULT OF IDENTITY THEFT.
