To whom it may concern on XXXX XXXX I have asked XXXX XXXX XXXX to provide me with the information needed to prove that I owe them. I sent the letter to them with certified receipt. I did not receive a response from their company only more incorrect reporting from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I also sent a letter to Equifax, XXXX and XXXX asking them to validate this account and to cease all reporting until this is verified. XXXX provided me with notification that this account was removed due to it not being accurate and unverified, while both Equifax and XXXX continue to allow this account to linger with unverified and incorrect information that don't even match. It is my right that my information be true and accurate across the board by these credit bureaus and not be ignored.. Both Equifax and XXXX have violated my consumer rights by allowing this erroneous reporting. As per Section XXXX, I am entitled to see the source of the information, which is the original contract that contains my signature. This was not provided to me neither by Equifax or XXXX nor XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please see attached certified letter.
