I had serval store credit cards with Comenity Bank with Balances no more than XXXX. because of covid 19, I had my work hours reduced last year around XX/XX/2020. I called the bank and got enrolled in a Hardship program wich they were collecting automatic payments from my checking account. around XXXX or XX/XX/2020 I received a letter saying that I failed to pay and got me off the program raising my accounts with late fees a higher balances they lied I never failed to pay they send me letters for each account. I called and talk to a customer service and explained what had happened and she said if I don't pay all the accounts will go to collections.
