I was selling my home and my original loan mortgage was transfered from XXXX to a company called statebridge company LLC who has reputation of mishandling accounts and not responding according to past reviews. During the move and changeover I must have missed a payment date during the move of accounts but once I finally contacted the new company and they responded the balance was paid. Request this negative rating be removed from my credit report 's as soon as possible.
