On XX/XX/XXXX, I applied to XXXX XXXX / XXXX XXXX for a VA Loan. At the time, I had a temporary freeze on my XXXX and XXXX reports, but not on TransUnion. When they pulled the report, they were unable to access all three bureaus because of the temporary freeze. That day, I temporarily lifted the freeze on both XXXX and XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX and confirmed that there was no freeze on TransUnion. XXXXXXXX XXXX tried to pull my credit report the next day ( because they said they have to wait 24 hours ) and were only able to pull XXXX. At the same time, XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXXk were able to access all three reports. On XX/XX/XXXX, I permanently removed the freeze at XXXX and XXXX, before my temporary lift expired, and again confirmed that there was no freeze at TransUnion. I asked XXXX Loans again to pull my reports. They continually say they can only pull XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I asked them to have their Technology team make sure there wasn't an issue in their system preventing them from pulling the other two bureaus. On XX/XX/XXXX, they responded that their Technology team has verified that there is no problem with their system. As recently as today, XX/XX/XXXX, they say then can not pull the other two bureaus. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX, who confirmed for me that my personal data is correct and that there is no freeze or block of any kind on my report. They stated that if XXXX XXXX is entering my name in a manner differently from what they have on file, that could be the problem. I have been unable to reach anyone at TransUnion or at XXXX XXXX to check the same info on my TransUnion report. I am currently being denied credit by XXXXXXXX XXXX on the sole basis on the one bureau they can pull, XXXX, where my score for mortgage is showing as XXXX. XXXX XXXX says their threshold for approval is XXXX. Three of the lenders who have successfully pulled all three bureaus have confirmed that my median score is the TransUnion score that XXXX can not access, at XXXX. Meaning my XXXX score is also higher. Because XXXX LXXXX can not access two of the three bureaus, I am being wrongly denied credit that they have acknowledged I would qualify for based on my median score exceeding their threshold. XXXXXXXX XXXX has told me that because they have tried to pull three different times and only come up with the one score, they can not try to pull my full tri-merge report again.
