Ive sent two letters to Midstste collection. One trying to verify the debt, and the other asking for method of verification. I havent received anything from them and its been about 90 days. I also added in the letter requesting to delete the misinformed info off my credit report immediately if verification such as a written signature isnt provided. Im trying to buy a house and my loan officer stated that this negative collection is brutally hurting my credit.
