When applying for a credit card XX/XX/XXXX, my application was denied. XXXX revealed XXXX student loan accounts opened with my name as a co-signer by my father XXXX XXXX. The debts amount to {$340000.00}, all dating back collectively to XXXX. I never authorized permission for my information to be used for any of these student loan accounts. Since XXXX, I have never received any phone calls/mail invoice regarding these accounts. I have managed to clear these fraudulent records from my XXXX and XXXX reports. However, NELNET continues to report these accounts as accurate to XXXX I have contacted NELNET, received their identity theft forms, and returned their requested notarized documentation late XXXX. I have not received any confirmation the requested documents were ever received during subsequent phone call correspondence. SPECIFIC ISSUES : My SSN does not bring up the fraudulent accounts with NELNET. I could only utilize my fathers information to reveal the accounts when on the phone with NELNET. XXXX website issues preventing convenient access to dispute status.
