I signed up with XXXX XXXX XXXX back on XX/XX/2021, they set me up to pay an up-front fee of {$140.00} on XX/XX/2021, and to pay {$99.00} a month after that. At that time, I was not aware that A Credit Repair Organization was not supposed to charge an up-front fee for Credit Repair Services. After two months went by without seeing any results, I canceled their services. It is apparent that XXXX did not perform any of the duties they were supposed to perform, because I never received a letter from any of the Credit Bureaus based on the disputes that should have been conducted. The only work I received that was done by XXXX was my Credit Report being pulled by them. My XXXX sent disputes letters to the Credit Bureaus on my behalf, and I saw results within the first month and that showed me that XXXX did absolutely nothing but rip me off! I paid a total of {$240.00}, and I would like a full refund back! The Documents are attached to this complaint. According to Federal Law, no credit repair organization may charge or receive any money or other valuable consideration for the performance of any service which the credit repair organization has agreed to perform for any consumer before such service is fully performed.
