on XX/XX/2021 i received an alert by phone from CRA XXXX XXXX and XXXX that NATIONAL CREDIT ADJUST reported i opened and account with a balance of {$1600.00}, i have no idea who that is, so i called the number that was listed on my credit report and it rang and rang. this is fraud or identity theft, i've never done business or signed any contracts with this company and never gave this company access to my credit report.
