Kia Motor Finance claim I still owe {$680.00} when the car was totaled and my Gap Insurance covers the entire balance but theyre still reporting a balance when it supposed to be deleted off my credit report on XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I have recorded conversations and documents stating that this account was going to be deleted off my credit report once Gap covers the balance which they did. Now I will be filing a lawsuit in small claims court because my life has been messed up for 6 years from Kia Motor Finance for their injury to my credit report.
