I have contacted Capital One Auto Finance due to this alleged debt they are attempting to collect in which I have disputed electronically, in writing, and orally over the phone and I a, still be told that I am the owner of this debt. In my findings with the information gathered I believe unethical and unfair practices took place with my personal credit information. So I do believe identity theft has taken place and I am to the point where my livelihood is being affected and the safety of my own human life is at risk. Attached are findings and verification of documents. Attached will also the alleged account of this debt they are claiming I owe which is an account that was created in fraud through identity theft according to 18 USC 1028
