XXXX XXXX is reporting multiple missed payments to my credit report. I made multiple arrangements with them and was assured that this wouldnt happen. The vehicle has been paid off well before the due date, and despite my best efforts I cant get them to change the reporting which is ruining my credit. Whats more is that I didnt purchase the vehicle from XXXX, I purchased it from XXXX XXXX which was then bought out by XXXX. When the change of company was made, they inadvertently turned off my autopay in XX/XX/2018 which caused me to be late without my knowledge. No one has been helpful fixing this for me and they dont seem to care.
