On multiple occasions I have disputed an account with Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. The original reason for the disputes was an account was showing twice. Same account, same info, listed twice and harming my credit twice. As of my most recent dispute, XX/XX/2021, the accounts have extended beyond the FCRA 's 7 year statue of limitation for reporting. The account, or both accounts rather, by FCRA rules, regulations, standards and or laws are required to be deleted. However, as of yet Experian and XXXX refuse to delete the accounts. A dispute with XXXX put in on the XXXX of XX/XX/2021, was approved and deleted within 20 minutes. The disputes put in with Experian and XXXX on the XXXX of XX/XX/2021 we're denied and the accounts remain. The duplicate account has already killed my credit and the longer these companies ignore the laws and rules they are supposed to follow, the longer it negatively affects myself and people in this situation. These companies should have to compensate the people they XXXX over due to their automated systems.
