This complaint is in regard to consumer reporting agencies reporting inaccurate information without my written consent pursuant to 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ). The problem i am having is Congress put forth rights for consumers protection stating my written consent to my consumer report is needed before furnishing any information. Due to non-cooperation pursuant 15 USC 1692k the agencies involved are civilly liable. I mailed a letter XX/XX/2021, and as of XX/XX/2021, i have yet to receive a response. The agencies that are violating my IV Amendment ( The right of the people to be secure in their persons, PAPER, and effects, against unreasonable searches ) are XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX. The consumer and natural person is submitting this complaint.
