I've sent Equifax and XXXX two letters giving written instructions on to remove/delete every account, inquiry, and addresses but everything still remains. Today, XX/XX/2021, I called Equifax and was told they would not remove anything and to send, the same stuff I mailed twice, in one more time and fax. Also, I sent in a FTC Report and they claim they didn't get that either. I reminded everyone Pursuant to 15 USC 1681b Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I, XXXX XXXX, Consumer, a natural person, never gave EQUIFAX or XXXX any written consent to report anything on my consumer report, No consent is IDENTITY THEFT. Therefore, I want everything removed. They still would not do so but instead dispute. This is not a negotiate but a demand. I am enforcing my rights as a Federal protected Consumer. I want everything remove ASAP.
