Transunion LLC didn't delete XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts as I requested. Pursuant to 15 usc 1681a ( d ) 2 Exclusions a ( 1 ) reporting containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. These accounts shouldn't be on my credit report in the first place. They didn't have a permissible purpose from me pursuant to 15 usc 1681b ( 2 ) in which makes them civil liable pursuant to 15 usc 1681n. They didn't investigate my dispute because they didn't talk to my neighbors, friends or associates. Consumer reports can not contain factual information pursuant to 15 usc 1681a ( e ).
