AROUND XX/XX/2021, AFTER DOING AN ANNUAL CREDIT REPORT PULL. I NOTICED THERE WERE ONE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT REPORTING ON TO MY CREDIT REPORT. ONE IN WHICH IS " XXXX XXXX. ''. WHICH IS A VIOLATION ACCORDING TO FCRA XXXX 15.U.S CODE & 1681 ( A ) )!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM. HOWEVER THEY CONTACT TO REPORT THE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT TO ALL XXXX CREDIT BUREAUS AS ACCURATE AND REFUSE TO GIVE US INFORMATION PROOFING THIS FACT. NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING TO OUR EMAILS COMPLETELY EVEN AFTER SPEAKING WITH XXXX OF THEIR SUPERVISORS. WE HAVE FILLED OUT AN IDENTITY THEFT AND CFPB REPORT WHICH THEY HAVE IGNORED THAT ALONG WITH MULTIPLE FCRA LAWS INCLUDING AND NOT LIMITED TO SECTION 609 WHICH ALLOWS US AS CONSUMERS TO REQUEST COPIES OF OUR OWN CREDIT REPORTS AND THE ASSOCIATED INFORMATION THAT APPEARS ON MY PLEASE REMOVE ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY FROM MY CREDIT REPORT AS THIS IS A VIOLATION OF MY LEGAL RIGHTS. AS WELL AS ILLEGAL TO REPORT FRAUDULENT INFORMATION ON MY CREDIT REPORT.
