I received numerous amount of letters started XX/XX/2021 about a medical bill saying that Ive visited their department or a 3rd party department owing ( {$2100.00} ) which is incorrect, I havent been to a hospital in over 10 years I have my once a year check up with my doctor which is covered by my 15 years of medical health insurance. I contacted the collectors asking if they could validate the information because I dont have any idea how this could have happened. I have also asked the collector to show me documents of the initial visit or whatever information they having claiming was me, I sent a few letters to the collector throughout the months as well as one to the credit bureaus, As results was not received in a timely manner i received a notification about 50 days later from the credit bureaus that my file had been update only to find out it stated all information was correct, That is definitely false information because it was not me, I received not one letter in the mail about an investigation or about information being validated, I dont know who they think they are but I would know if Ive ran up a bill Im a responsible adult not a child I always pay my bills, I received no letter or response back from them personal showing me that I initiated the response. Its been months since I last reached out to them, I had a lawyer advised me to file a complaint with you guys to get to the bottom of this.. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
