DBA Paragon is reporting a debt on my credit report since XXXX of 2021. This debt has been under billing error dispute with the company previously before they obtained the debt and failed to be resolved properly. DBA paragon is reporting the debt for the account twice separately knowingly because the {$560.00} attempted to be collected has already been paid out according to my insurance company XXXX XXXX XXXX. The original creditor has been sent the EOB of the amount. I have confirmed and requested this information myself. My XXXX is covered and the amount they are attempting to collect has already been paid. They have not removed nor verified the debt belongs to me after a debt validation letter has been sent and the XXXX are confirming whatever information that is false. The debt practices violate my rights under billing discrepancy laws that protect me until the insurance company and creditor resolve the debt and what is owed if any by the consumer. I have sent information showcasing my son is covered.
