A company called Capital One is furnishing incorrect and incomplete information on two accounts on my credit reports. I have made several attempts to have these items corrected. I have sent letters containing print outs of how the accounts are showing on my XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX credit reports with marking to indicate what needed to be corrected. The company 's inability to fix these errors in their reporting is causing me financial harm. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) I have the right to have a 100 % complete and accurate credit report. Capital One is violating my consumer rights. I am attaching my most recent correspondence. As prescribed in the FCRA, I initiated contact with Capital One through the credit reporting agencies.
