The bank refused to to issue temporary credit and several unanswered chat messages went out to the loan dept about the issue. My other bank XXXX XXXX had issues and rejected the payment. Wells Fargo sent an unauthorized second payment. XXXX XXXX Charged XXXX Overdraft for the unauthorized payment.
