THIS COMPLAINT IS AGAINST BSI FINANCIAL My loan was transferred form Round point Mortgage to BSI Financial on XX/XX/2021. When the loan transferred it had already been modified. I signed the modification documents in XXXX and it was the partial claim was recorded on XX/XX/2021. All the payments I have been making are not going to the correct months and it is still showing I am past due for 280 days. I have made several attempts to resolve this with BSI and they will never put my single point of contact on the phone. I call at least three times a week and never get a response. Customer serive always tells me that the modification is pending and my point of contact is not available. At first BSI claimed they were missing the recorded document, so I sent it to them. Now they are saying the FHA is not approving the loan and I only know that information from customer service. My loan has been with the going on 6 months and I can not refinance or take advantage of the lower rates on the market because they are reporting that I am not current on my payments. It is impossible to communicate with the people in this company and receive answers. I have called and emailed all supervisors with no response.
