On XX/XX/XXXX my account was charged off and it was also charged off XXXX XXXX in XXXX and also XXXX XXXX of this year. I made payments caught up and was current as of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX never reported my payments to the credit bureau I found out XX/XX/XXXX that they were reported my credit as a charge off and my credit score continuously dropped every month so I stopped paying and now theyre still charging my account as Charge off and saying I owe more than what I owed from the last Payment which was made in XX/XX/XXXX I need help please and thank you.
