first va was notified that I wasn't able to make payments ... I let them kno that no payments were allowed to be taken out of my account the continued to take payments out of my account unauthorized on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX then on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX I called the local office on XX/XX/XXXX and asked for cand d mail only communication ... with local office where the manager was cursing me and hanging up on..I called corporate and turned her in and also notified them again that no authorization of payments were to come out of my account no further communication but my mail only ... abs they continued to debut my account..refused to return the funds that unauthorized and continued to call on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX 2 times.. XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX from. local office and corporate office called on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and 3 times on XX/XX/XXXX leaving messages for a return call.
