XXXX XXXX from TrueAccord contacted me via email on XX/XX/XXXX concerning an alleged debt from an account with XXXX XXXX which was an account from XXXX XXXX XXXX, all of which is not legitimate. The XXXX XXXX XXXX was paid in full prior to the Consumer ( me ) closing the account in XX/XX/XXXX, after that I have no knowledge. I asked True Accord to validate the debt and instructed them there was to be no further contact with me until they had the ability to validate this alleged debt, however XXXX XXXX from TrueAccord continues to contact me frequently via email on the following dates. XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX True Accord acknowledged receipt of the validation request letter on XX/XX/XXXX. Attached document is the validation request provided to TrueAccord on XX/XX/XXXX and the acknowledgement that they will not resume collection activity until I have been provided validation documents. I have not been provided with any validation documents.
