XXXX XXXX from XXXX contacted me via email on XX/XX/XXXX concerning an alleged debt from an account with LVNV Funding which was an account from XXXX XXXX Bank, all of which is not legitimate. The XXXX XXXX Bank was paid in full prior to the Consumer ( me ) closing the account in XX/XX/XXXX, after that I have no knowledge. I asked XXXX XXXX to validate the debt and instructed them there was to be no further contact with me until they had the ability to validate this alleged debt, however XXXX XXXX from XXXX continues to contact me frequently via email on the following dates. XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX acknowledged receipt of the validation request letter on XX/XX/XXXX. Attached document is the validation request provided to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and the acknowledgement that they will not resume collection activity until I have been provided validation documents. I have not been provided with any validation documents.
