In XXXX, I had a legal name change through the Court. I changed my first, middle and last name. I have a new REAL ID State Driver License, Social Security Card, bank account/debit cards, utilities and even my phone account in my new legal name. I have XXXX American Preference on file with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a Certified Degree of XXXX Blood card through my respective XXXX XXXX ( issued through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX also ), tribal membership, United States voter registration, Tribal Voter Registration, my State hunting and fishing license all also in my new name - all issued with NO PROBLEMS. I've even had an OSBI criminal history check successfully submitted for housing application with no issues ... ... ..Yet even after all that - the credit bureaus, since XX/XX/XXXX, have refused to update my information. First they told me that if the Social Security Administration has my new name on file and I have the new card with the new name, then I have no problems. Then they told me that is not true. Now I can't do anything - even get through their phone systems, as they all blocked my number and told me I have to write in to do anything from now on. They have refused to update my information repeatedly, and this has gone on for 8 months with no resolution. I have written letters and submitted complaints with absolutely no response. In addition, there is incorrect information on my reports, names that are NOT me and things I never applied for on my credit reports, but because they have blocked me from calling them, I can not do anything to protect myself at all. One credit report said I applied for a credit card in XXXX - and I have not. Same one also said I purchased a vehicle through a loan in XX/XX/XXXX, which is impossible, as I am in bankruptcy! Now I am worried about identity theft on top of it all and no one will help me a single bit.
