My sister received a call from XXXX XXXX " claim XXXX '' stating that he has legal documents to issue for me. To mention he never made any calls, nor provided any written communication to me. I return call to number provided XXXX XXXX XXXX and it went immediately to voice mail of XXXX XXXX now Claim Director no longer investigator. I left voice mail with my name and contact informations. Shortly after I got call from XXXX. I answered and another female XXXX XXXX called and said that she is there to work with me on settling my debt. She told me that I owe {$1900.00} to XXXX and that her company ASG Solutions LLC is hired to collect debt. No official " This is an attempt to collect debt '' I informed her that Advance.cash. com was not licenced in my state and that I spoke with them informing them that I will stop making payments until they provide me with information that they are legal to operate in State of Nevada. I made total of 5 payments for {$240.00} each on {$900.00} loan before I stoped making payments to them. They never provided info back. I ended up paying {$700.00} with XXXX just to stop disturbance of my parents and sister. I believe XXXX XXXX lied and make false claim about legal documents. They used unfair collection practices on loan that is not enforceable. Contacting others then me was wrong as well. They had no records of any written communication to me. I wasn't allowed to dispute the debt as per law.
