I disputed XXXX XXXX XXXX with Transunion and TransUnion closed acct on XX/XX/2021 with a " Derogatory Remark '' negatively affecting my credit. Amount of {$520.00} was reported, however, original amount was {$570.00}, as I made 2 payments of {$25.00} which XXXX XXXX XXXX owes me a Refund of {$50.00}. Yet on XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/2021, TransUnion is still reporting the collections account. Despite that I sent them documents verifying the acct was paid by insurance 2 years ago. I filed a consumer complaint referenced in the attachment in regards to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX This should have never been submitted to collection by XXXX XXXX XXXX as they were paid per their contact with my insurance company.
