Back in XX/XX/XXXXI applied for a modification with wells fargo home mortgage Loan # XXXX balance on the loan was {$78000.00} i was not behind on my payments after wells fargo modified, my mortgage they also applied a 2nd # XXXX XXXX lien on my loan through HUD/XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$23000.00} using a XXXXXX/XX/XXXX to collect this debt. I was unaware of this until recently I had to sale my home do to unforseen hardship do to Covid 19 this debt brought on more hardship after finding out that wells fargo had done this to my mortgage causing me to pay double on my home I also happen to know they had done this to lots of families this is inmoral and show lack of protection to citizens. Wells Fargo should be held accountable to Exhibit integrity and humility I'm ask for assistance with a balance forgiveness also release of lien on my porperty, Thank you for your prompt response.
