I cancelled a BJs credit card in XXXX of XXXX. The membership fee was waived and credited to the account the same month. The credit card company, Comenity Capital Bank, continues to report the account as delinquent. I have spoken to Comenity managers several time over the past 3 months to no avail. I have called both reporting agencies ( XXXX and XXXX ) and they confirm that Comenity is still reporting the account as delinquent.
