Since XXXX XXXX 2021, I have made multiple attempts to get Loan Depot to drop my PMI due to my home appreciation in value. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent in an official email requesting my PMI removal, the PMI responded back on XX/XX/XXXX with a denial letter asking me to provide more information. I have done so, I have sent in detailed info about all my major remodeling, all the major structural changes with reciepts and images. It's been 2 month I sent multiple emails asked for managers to call me back and Loan Depot has yet to call back or provide any support.
