on XX/XX/14 I made a call to Trans Union and spoke with Manager XXXX XXXX. I explained to him the issue i gad with an account on my credit report with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Back in XXXX I disputed the account as no knowledge of account and mandated that TransUnion not just tell me the account was verified, However I requested proof that the account belonged to me, I asked for any contract showing my signature, or anything the may have to show I actually owe this debt. 30 days later I received only a letter saying verified no proof as I requested, on today when I spoke with the manager I was told the don't have to provide anything and that they actually, just take the word of what ever the creditor tells them. Therefore not investigating as required by law!
