Hello, i am in the group of people that was ripped off by XXXX XXXX. I have been fighting and waiting for the loans to be discharged for over 10 years. I have gotten emails from companies that have said that I am in the group that should have the loans discharged do the court case. and now I see that Biden just approved more money to help students out with this for-profit schools. I have serval emails from various lawyers and other companies that said they would get this moving but with little action. I have been paying what I was told to at a min and most are on the national emergency forbearance that ends on XX/XX/21. This has killed my credit score and I need to get this cleared up as promised. and if possible get back the money that I paid into the loans as well.
