I am a consumer and on XX/XX/2021 I sent Victoria Secret Consumer Relations Dept a letter pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1692g asking them to send validation of alleged debts, they have been reporting, falsely & inaccurately ; but they have yet to respond. They have been violating my rights as a consumer causing damages to my credit, reputation and mental capacity by communicating inaccurate, false, and misleading information about me. Under Penalty of Perjury, Victoria Secret is in Violation of the following : Under Penalty of Perjury, Victoria Secret is in Violation of 15 USC 1692g - Notice of Debt { Within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall, unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing }.
