On XX/XX/2021 I filed a dispute with XXXX as they have incorrect information on my report which has affected my credit score and ability to get credit. report # XXXX. I also emailed the president of experian XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021. I applied for financing for an auto loan on XX/XX/2021 with XXXX They contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. On my credit report it states that i have three hard inquiries as a result of me trying to get a car loan. The law says that a dealership may have sent your loan application to multiple lenders to find the most favorable interest rates. If they all fell within a window of a few weeks, they will be considered rate shopping and will only count as a single inquiry in credit score calculations. XXXX has counted them as 3 inquiries thereby impacting my score. The inquiries were all on the same day. This has also happened with equifax and XXXX which I have not filed disputes with yet.
