I have sent information to both the creditor & credit bureau regarding this violation. Holloway Credit Solutions has violated my HIPAA rights. I have never consented with the above collector on any terms to access my personal medical records. I have notified the reporting bureau on several occasions about this situation. Holloway Credit Solutions did not provide me with a HIPAA release that releases my medical information to them ; even more so, by providing such information they are in VIOLATION of my HIPAA rights.
