Hello I am writing in regards to my capital one checking account I recently open this account on XX/XX/XXXX and when I did I funded it with two {$25.00} deposits from my current checking account via ACH in this transaction is still yet to post into my checking account. I check it every day and each day I check it it still shows as processing or pending in the savings account does not even show the {$25.00} ACH anymore. I have confirmed with my current bank that the funds have left their institution. I called capital one three times to try and resolve this the first time I was told that I needed to verify two deposits that were made into my current checking account one was in the amount of {$.00} and the second was in the amount of {$.00} I verified the deposits over the phone with the representative I was speaking with and she told me that the funds with now post into my account within 1 to 3 business days. Its been three business days since that phone call so yesterday I called and spoke to a representative her name was XXXX and asked where my deposit was and she said that she could not see the deposit at all. I again told her I can see it on my end its worrisome that you can not see it in yours. At that point I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and she stated to me that her name again was XXXX and she was actually a supervisor on duty. Again this is very concerning to me as myself being a consumer and having access to my app and being able to view the deposit is processing and her being a supervisor within the financial institution supposedly posting this transaction who is unable to locate it. I have also sent emails to the executive office I have tried reaching out to their CEO and their chair people and no one has responded to my emails. I did advise in my email that if no one made contact with me I would be pursuing a complaint with their regulators and still no one had the courtesy to reach out. I know the deposit is only {$25.00} but the fact that no one can find it is alarming because I have my direct deposit set to go into these accounts I also wanted to have a relationship with the company that I have credit cards with thinking it would be best. But I am now questioning my decision.
