I spoke with a supposed manager name XXXX XXXX in which I explained to her that her collector violated the fdcpa by not verifying who she was truly speaking with by law you can not verify a consumers identity by address alone she must verify a consumer by the last 4 numbers of there social security number. At any address there may be multiple people with same name. There may be a junior or senior with the same name and sometimes a father and son may have the same name and not be a senior and junior. The representative then said she will give me the last 2 numbers of my ss # and gave me XXXX as the last 2 numbers and asked me for the preceding 2 numbers I refused and she gave them to me instead and divulged all my info without a proper verification. XXXX XXXX reviewed the notes on the file and the representative improperly notated account as well a second violation of the fdcpa. I was supposed to receive a call back from XXXX XXXX days ago after speaking to her manager and never received that call ... I have called in 5 times today and asked to speak with XXXX XXXX and several people in your organization all said they were managers. At this time I will be making a complaint with the FTC and the Secretary of State and contacting an Attorney to file suite
