I use XXXX everyday for friends and family that need to pay me back, m & t bank has froze my account and took {$2400.00} from my account, i read m & t bank XXXX terms and conditions they do not do refunds/chargebacks for the other party. I already filled a cfpb consumer complaint, m & t bank responded M & t bank did not respond to my needs, i read this with my attorney the one who actually recommended i file a complaint with cfpb.We both agreed M & t bank completely talked about another topic.M & t bank responded and talked about the restraint on my account and never talked about the XXXX transactions they refunded without my permission or notifying me or refunding the money they took from me from there mistake, i use XXXX for strictly family and friends, i called XXXX, XXXX told me they do not do refunds or chargebacks.I will continue until i get those funds refunded, taking advice from my attorney, were both going to take this very serious.
