I received a letter from Diaz & Associates dated XXXX requesting payment on a debt supposedly from original creditor XXXX in the amount of {$690.00}. I do not recall a recent or even past account with XXXX or what type of account it supposedly was or when the original account opened. And another company, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, just randomly reported this same debt for {$690.00} and also one for {$720.00} from XXXX to XXXX as collection accounts on XXXX. I have already disputed the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX collection reporting with XXXX to no avail. I have also submitted a CFPB complaint regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I believe these requests for payment and credit reporting are based on inaccurate and/or fraudulent information. It appears these so-called debts are being transferred from one " company '' to the other very quickly which seems questionable. I doubt these are legitimate attempts to collect a valid debt and want proof to prove otherwise.
