On my XXXX report, a hard inquiry is shown Curo Management, LLC dated XX/XX/2021. I did not apply for any product with Curo ( or any brand or company owned by Curo ) on that date. I reached out to Curo via email on XX/XX/2021, and followed up on XX/XX/2021, asking them to investigate and remove these unauthorized hard inquiries. I did not receive a response. On my XXXX report, a hard inquiry is shown from XXXX XXXX for the same date, XX/XX/2021. I contacted XXXX customer support on XX/XX/XXXX and followed up again on XX/XX/XXXX, but the team did not investigate the unauthorized hard inquiry nor remove it from my report. I would like these unauthorized inquiries removed from my credit reports, as they are damaging my score.
