I have a loan account with Paramount Capital Group that originated in XXXX of XXXX. The loan terms were on a monthly payment basis for a fixed ( minimum ) amount that would span for a duration of 5 years. During the XXXX year, the monthly payments were made on-time. At the start of the XXXX year, the COVID-19 Pandemic caused a major disruption in the work force ( causing many people to pause- or end- working ), including my particular work industry. As a result, during the month of XX/XX/XXXX, it was initially reported that I became late on the monthly payments ( but not delinquent on the monthly payments ). After some major " push-back '' from telephone representatives that wouldn't allow me to speak a supervisor at Paramount Capital Group about COVID-19 Hardship options to have the late payments removed from my XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX credit reports, I continued to make monthly payments and I continued to contact the customer service department at Paramount Capital Group ( about COVID-19 Hardship options to have the late payments removed from my XXXX XXXX and XXXX ), but ( on numerous occasions stemming from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX ) the customer service representatives gave me the strong impression that they were insensitive to my COVID-19 Hardship request to have the late payments removed by being very dismissive and inconsiderate ( even after the discovery of the 5-year loan account being " paid-in-full '' with a {$0.00} balance 1-year after the reported first late payment ). PLEASE KNOW, I never stopped paying on my loan account and within 1-year after the first reported late payment, I paid the loan account " in-full '' with a {$0.00} balance after recovering from the harsh hardships from the COVID-19 Pandemic.
