Good day. First, I will be expressing the total dismay and stress these accounts have been causing me. So, on XXXX, I had a letter sent out regarding inaccurate accounts on my credit report. To my knowledge, I should receive a response in any form about my request. It has been over 45 days, and to this day I have not received ANY messages or responses. This is very stressful and I feel upset for their lack of responsibility. According to Section 611 ( a ), failure to investigate items within a 30 day time frame will result in the immediate deletion of items. I want to exercise my rights and have these accounts removed from my credit report. If I am still neglected and ignored, I will file for a litigation. I appreciate your help.
