This complaint is regarding consumer reporting agencies. The problem i am having is consumer reporting agencies violating the rights that congress put forth to protect me. Pursuant 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( d ) these agencies that assumed this role has to have a written consent from the consumer to furnish any information on the consumers report. I mailed a letter XX/XX/2021 and as of XX/XX/2021 i have not received a response. XXXX XXXX, Experian are the agencies in question. I am submitting this complaint as the consumer, a natural person.
