Original issue : On XX/XX/2021, I received notification from XXXX that a collections account was added to my report called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. My score decreased by 88 pts due to this. I contacted the collection agency and they basically gave me information that was incorrect. Also, dates of a payday loan I never had or heard of as well as a debt before I was even XXXX years of age. Also, I heard loud rap music in the background. Would not give me any information as to his name, Manager, CEO information. He also stated that he was the CEO and that information was irrelevant then proceeded to hang up in my face. Phone Number I called was XXXX. Current issue : Called me threatening to sue me if I didnt respond to them within 24 hours. I have voicemail. I called back and they stated they will be suing me if I didnt pay the XXXX and something odd dollars. Will be filing police report in the morning. They have threaten to speak with my employer to try and garnish my wages.
