Requested validation of debt several times for the company and they still have NOT provided it. Third time filing a complaint and nothing is being done. FCRA rules are not being followed. They sent me a generic copy of a bill. I asked for something showing my full name, full social security number, full date of birth, and original signature. I did not say anything about fraud. I asked to validate that the debt belongs to me. I have once again included a copy of my original validation request letter and certified mail receipt as well as the last letter sent to me from the company that still doesn't validate the debt in question. If the debt still isn't validated this time, I am well within my rights to contact an attorney. Everything is documented not only by mail but also by these complaints with the CFPB and the complaint with the FTC.
